Description
Kamut Sweet Potato Sourdough is naturally fermented bread. While the bread is mostly made with bread flour, kamut flour (an ancient wheat variety) adds softness to the bread, and oven roasted & pureed sweet potato make it moist and milder in terms of tanginess. Turmeric is just a little health bonus in this loaf while giving in happy sunny color. Kamut Sweet Potato loaf is perfect for people, who like sourdough breads and want to enjoy the benefits of the naturally fermented breads, but prefer their bread milder, not too sour.
We use our rye/spelt/wheat starter for all wheat sourdough products; no commercial yeast or additional gluten is added. Only organic flours are used in our production.
This bread is vegan.
