Cabbage Tart is one of our famous products. It’s been in the papers!  Shortbread crust is topped with cabbage filling and sprinkled with mixed cheeses. Cabbage filling is very much so Estonian-style, mildly flavored with onion, leek, salt & pepper, and a lot of herbs. Our Cabbage Tart is great for any meal of the day; it works equally well for breakfast, light lunch, or dinner. We like our cabbage tart a bit warmed up.

Available with both multigrain (wheat and rye)*, and gluten free crust.
