Weekly subscription for one or two loaves of wheat free and naturally fermented whole rye sourdough bread.
Quantity in your shopping cart refers to the number weeks. Minimum 4.
Local pickup only. This subscription is for 1 or 2 loaves of Finnish, Estonian, or combination of both, Rye Sourdough Breads weekly, minimum of 4 (four) and maximum of eight (8) weeks.
You are welcome to alternate the breads if you wish. Please choose custom option, and specify your choices in the comment area of the order.
If you change your mind about your choice, please let us know by Wednesday via email, and we will try to accommodate.

NO REFUNDS for failing to pick up your bread. If you need to postpone your pickup, please inform us by Wednesday and your subscription will be extended by a week at no additional cost. Please be mindful about the fact that we don’t carry inventory and we will be producing only to satisfy farmer’s markets demand and fulfill online orders.
Consider our bulk order of four (4) loaves and freeze the bread if you are looking for ways to minimize your trips to purchase the food.
Sourdough breads are the best choice of breads for times when long shelf life is extremely important. Wheat sourdoughs are great, but fermented rye bread has even longer shelf life staying fresh for up to two weeks if kept refrigerated. Freezing is also a great way to store bread without compromising flavor or texture. If a whole loaf is too much to consume in about a week, we suggest you’d cut your bread in half or third and freeze some. It’s best to thaw your bread at room temperature.
Minimum order: 4 loaves over period over 4 weeks. Size of 1 loaf, Quantity 4 (where Quantity in the shopping cart reflects number of weeks).
