Description
Multigrain Sourdough with Black Caraway is naturally fermented bread. Whole-grain rye and spelt flours, plus black caraway seeds, all add complexity to the flavor of this wonderfully tangy wheat based sourdough bread. We use our rye/spelt/wheat starter for all wheat sourdough products; no commercial yeast or additional gluten is added.
We only use organic flours in all of our products..
This bread is vegan.
