Description
Multigrain Sourdough with Black Caraway is naturally fermented bread. Addition of whole-grain rye and spelt flours, and black caraway seeds, all add complexity to the flavor of this wonderfully tangy wheat based sourdough bread. We like Multigrain Sourdough loaves baked a bit darker, which deepens the flavor even further.
All our wheat based sourdoughs are fermented with our rye/spelt/wheat starter, no commercial yeast is added. Nor do we ever add additional gluten to our breads. We only use organic flours in all of our products..
This bread is vegan.
