MONDAY CATCH! FLASH SALE of unsold breads due to irregularities in sales at our Sunday markets, and etc.!

Sometimes a market gets cancelled or our prediction for sale has been off, and we have some loaves of rye sourdough left over. We’ve decided to offer those breads to our customers at discounted price to our subscribers; many of you buy bulk regularly and this is your opportunity to get your breads at even bigger discount than bulk purchase gives.

All breads on this offer have been baked freshly baked for Sunday market. Rye sourdough breads have a shelf life of two weeks, so there is plenty of time for shipping and enjoying the bread.

Our hand made Rye Sourdough Breads are wheat free and vegan. There is no added yeast in our breads; flavor and texture is achieved with long natural fermentation with the help of wild yeast (starter). Organic stone ground whole rye flour and various seeds pack the bread with an abundance of vitamins and fiber. There is very little air in this naturally fermented rye bread making the densely textured bread very filling.

Potentially available breads:

Finnish Rye is plain basic rye sourdough containing only rye flour, sea salt, and water.

Estonian Dark Rye contains rye flour, water, organic sunflower, flax, and sesame seeds, spices, molasses, and tiny bit of organic sugar.

Scalded Rye contains rye flour, water, black caraway and sesame seeds, and coriander.

Fermented rye bread stays fresh for up to two weeks if kept refrigerated. Freezing is also a great way to store bread longer without compromising flavor or texture. It’s best to thaw your bread at room temperature.
