Our Sour Cream Tarts are mildly sweet with lovely contrast of tart red currants, juicy wild blueberries, and white chocolate – all shining on super light sour cream filling. Sour Cream Tart is baked on our most beloved shortbread crust, well known to most of our farmer’s market customers. Sour Cream cakes are common and popular in many Eastern European countries. They are almost like cheese cake, but without the richness and heaviness of one.

Sour Cream Tart should be stored in refrigerator and enjoyed within couple of days of baking.
