Fruit Tart with almonds and caramel topping



Our fruit tarts are baked on shortbread crust and topped with “caramelly” almonds. Our tarts are the best sellers after the breads in all of our markets.

The selection of tarts is seasonal. Rhubarb-Strawberry and Plum Tart are the most common, but we also make  Peach-Raspberry, Nectarine-Raspberry, Pear-Ginger and other seasonal flavors.

Fruit tart is best if kept in refrigerator and enjoyed within couple of days of baking. It can be frozen, but the crust will get soft when thawed. Slightly warmed tart is great with ice cream or whipped cream.
