Fruit Tart with Almonds


Our fruit tarts are baked on shortbread crust and topped with fruits/berries and “caramelly” almonds. Most beloved flavors? Rhubarb/Strawberry and Plum!


Our Fruit Tarts are baked on shortbread crust and topped with “caramelly” almonds. Rhubarb-Strawberry tart is our spring-time hit, closely followed by Plum Tart that is available most of the year. We also make  Peach-Raspberry, Nectarine-Raspberry, Pear-Ginger, Apple-Cranberry, and other seasonal flavors, all depending on seasonal availability. Our tarts are the best sellers in our sweet treats category in all of our farmer’s market locations. Some absolutely love the crust and some are the fans of the topping, but all love the combination and the balance between both.

Fruit tart is best if kept in refrigerator and enjoyed within couple of days of baking. It can be frozen, but the crust will get soft when thawed. Slightly warmed up tart is great with ice cream or whipped cream.
