Lingonberry jam and kefir are THE secret ingredients, the ones that add nice tang to balance the overall sweetness. Classic gingerbread flavor is built with our own spice mix and paired with freshness that cranberries bring warming you up and truly celebrating winter holiday season. As a Christmas Special, we will decorate Soft Gingerbread Cake with Meringue crumbs. Can’t get much more festive then that!
