Soft Gingerbread with Cranberries is already known to our farmer’s market customers. Lingonberry jam and kefir are THE secret ingredients, the ones to add nice tang to balance the overall sweetness. Classic gingerbread flavor is built with our own spice mix and paired with more tang, cranberries, warming you up and truly celebrating winter holiday season. As a Christmas Special, we will decorate Soft Gingerbread Cake with Meringue crumbs. Can’t get much more festive then that!

Store at room temperature for 3 days and in the fridge for up to 7 days.
