Simple Apple Sheet Cake

Simple Apple Sheet Cake is one of our most sold gluten free cakes. Loaded with apples, this traditional Estonian apple cake is super easy to like. Apples provide most of the sweetness, brown butter brings in a bit nuttiness, and kefir (fermented dairy drink) makes the cake moist and adds a bit of tang. A dash of ginger and cinnamon is just enough for hint of, well, ginger and cinnamon! We only use organic oats and apples in our cakes.

In addition to being perfect for breakfast or a quick midday pick-me-up, this cake is a great snack on a hike or dessert in the picnic basket. Our traditional Estonian Simple Apple Sheet Cake is loved by both kids and adults.

Store in fridge for a week. Cake freezes well.
