Why is the Shipping option not available for my checkout?

1) You may have a product in your cart that is not suitable for shipping. Please remove it if you are unable to pick up locally.
2) You have entered a zip code from out of state. Under our current Cottage Food License we can ship exclusively to Georgia (we cannot ship across the state lines).

Does plan to ship outside of the State of Georgia?

Yes. We are working hard to develop our business and move our micro bakery to the next level: commercial kitchen. Please sign up for our newsletter to be among the first to find out when we expand our products and services.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if cancelled as per our Terms and Conditions. Please remember online purchases are baked to order for you!  To request a cancellation of your order, log in to your account and visit your order page and click Cancel button next to the order.

Is my purchase online from secure?

Yes, uses industry standard SSL for secure communication and PCI compliant payment gateway for payment processing. Additionally, no sensitive credit information is stored on web site/servers.

If I make my order as per Terms and Conditions, will my order always be fulfilled?

We are committed to fulfilling every order placed with us. However, if your order is not fulfilled due to unforeseeable circumstances, or to capacity limitations, we will refund the full amount of your purchase and notify you as soon as we are able.

My order has not arrived yet, What should I do?

The shipment date is noted in your order. We expect shipping to take a few days for to complete. We ship early in the week by Tuesday via USPS Regional Priority Mail to reduce the possibility of any weekend delay in processing your delivery. Please note that we have no control over the shipment once it is delivered to the post office. If it has been more than a few days, please let us know and we will assist you as best as we can.
