Where is my order confirmation?

Each submitted order should recieve an almost immediate confirmation, shipping, etc email notifications. Please check your junk mail and add our email address to your contact list.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Our goods are baked fresh for you. An estimated SHIPPING date/week is noted in your order. This is NOT an arrival date. Once shipped, a confirmation email is sent and we expect shipping to take a few days to complete. We ship via USPS Regional Priority Mail. Please note that we have no control over the shipment once it is delivered to the post office. If it has been more than a few days, please let us know and we will assist you as best as we can.  Note: If we are able to ship you fresh baked goods sooner, we will!

I am having problems placing my order online. What should I do?

We recommend clearing the cache of and restarting your browser (or try 'in private' mode or using a different browser). If you continue to experience the error, please contact us and be sure to provide exact details of the error.

Is my purchase online from EstoEtno.com secure?

Yes, EstoEtno.com uses industry standard SSL for secure communication and PCI compliant payment gateway for payment processing. Additionally, no sensitive credit information is stored on EstoEtno.com web site/servers.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if cancelled as per our Terms and Conditions.Please remember online purchases are baked to order for you!  To request a cancellation of your order, click on cancel link in your order confirmation email or log in to your account and visit your order page and click Cancel button next to the order.  A non refundable payment processing fee may apply.

I requested a refund.  Why does the amount refunded differ from my purchase?

Unfortunately, effective April 11, 2023, our payment processor is no longer refunding payment processing fee (2.9% + 30 cents per transaction) for refunds.  Our small business is not able to absorb these non refundable fees.

If I make my order as per Terms and Conditions, will my order always be fulfilled?

We are committed to fulfilling every order placed with us. However, if your order is not fulfilled due to unforeseeable circumstances, or to capacity limitations, we will refund the  amount of your purchase less a non-refundable payment processing fee and notify you as soon as we are able.

Why is the Shipping option not available for my checkout?

You have a product(s) in your cart not suitable for shipping. Please remove it if you are unable to pick up locally.  To understand which items can be shipped, please filter products by clicking Shipping Available near the top our shopping page.
