Terms and Conditions

ALL of our fine baked GOODS are made to order for you!  Please keep in mind that some of the products ferment two days prior baking.  We are a micro bakery,  orders are subject to capacity limits. Please read carefully before ordering.  Thank you.

Credit Card Purchases Effective April 11, 2023

• Refunds (if approved) will be less a non-refundable payment processing fee (currently 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction). This change is triggered by the changes payment processor Square applies to us.

Farmer's Market Pickup Orders (seasonal)

• We rotate the selection of the products offered at the markets weekly.
• Orders must be placed Wednesday before pick-up date (pickup day depends on the pickup location)
• Orders can be cancelled up to three (3) days before pick-up for refund (total payment minus Square service fee, currently 2.90% and 30 cents). After that deadline all orders become final and non-refundable.
• Please check the operational season of the markets from the where to find us page.

Shipping Orders

• We ship on a weekly cycle. Shipping orders must be placed Saturday before our shipping week cycle starting Wednesday.  We may ship your order earlier if possible.
• If not already shipped, orders can be cancelled by Wednesday prior to shipping date for refund (see above). After Wednesday all orders become final and are non-refundable.
• We ship bread,  pound cakes, cookies, and stollen. Other products are not available for shipping.
• We use USPS Regional Priority Mail service.  Please note that we have no control over the shipment once it is delivered to the post office.
• Customer understands products are produced subject to the State of Georgia's Cottage Food License and takes full responsibility for shipping and use of products outside of the State of Georgia.

Local Pickup Orders

• Orders must be placed by Wednesday.  Local Pickup Orders are ready for pickup on Saturday morning. In some cases prearranged pickup on Friday evening or Sunday morning might be available (subject to confirmation).
• Orders can be cancelled three (3) days before pickup date for refund (see above). Order not cancelled (3 days before pickup) become final and are non-refundable .
• All products (except seasonal items) can be made to order and available for pickup locally.
