Candidates must have reliable transportation that can comfortably accommodate our market tent, tables, other display items, and products. They must be able to lift 50lbs. This position requires working at outdoor Farmer's Markets and pop-up shops/events in the Metro Atlanta area; hours are 4.5 – 6.5 hours between 7am and 2.30pm on Saturdays and/or Sundays depending on the market/event attended. Candidates must be able to commit to at least two markets a month. This is a 1099 Contractor position with a fixed $ per market (varies), paid weekly, and tips earned at the market and bonus on sales over certain amount (varies per market), paid monthly. Job requirements are as follows:

• Pick up the tent, all display items (according to a list ensuring nothing is forgotten behind), and products from storage location on the morning of the market securing ample of time to load, travel to the market location and arrive on required time, and set up the booth/display by the market opening time (following the guidelines) ; reversed action once market is closed
• Promote and sell products; educate customers about ingredients used, recommend products based on questions asked, cross sell
• Encourage customers to bring their own containers and shopping bags to help to do our part of being environmentally responsible company
• Track inventory quantities throughout shift, accounting for all products sold and remaining inventory at shift's end; report sales one hour before the end, and at the end of the market
• Inform customers of website, mailing lists, online ordering, social media accounts encouraging them to sign up and follow our main channels of communication to help grow business and market reach

Candidate must have good knife skills and a willingness to pitch in with the various requirements of working in a commercial operation located in a residential kitchen. A food safety certificate is a plus, but not required. Tasks are dependent on experience and skill level, including, but not limited to:

• Prepping (washing, cutting) fruits / berries / veggies
• Weighing out, prepping other ingredients
• Making doughs
• Washing dishes
• Slicing / packing products
• Loading products for transport

With improved skills or demonstration of equivalent experience, duties will include prepping pastries and cakes, eventually working independently with the potential for the candidate to be considered for Pastry Chef's position as we grow.

This is a 1099 Contractor position with hourly rate depending on the level of demonstrated experience and capabilities to perform actual baking. Initial work schedule will be on every Friday, minimum 6 hours (preferably for 8 hours),  plus flexibly either on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for 4 -6 hours, and Saturdays for 4-6 hours. We’d prefer a candidate with flexibility to pick up additional shifts with notice, and who would be ready to add hours as we grow. We will consider candidates with proficient skills who wish to work only for few months, but long term commitment will give a candidate edge over others. Our ideal candidate:

• Has good knife skills
• Knows basics of baking
• Can work efficiently and independently (after initial training period) in fast-paced environments
• Has a personal desire to learn new and improve existing skills and pace of work; ability to pay attention to details
• Is excited by and/or comfortable in a commercial / busy kitchen environment
• Understands the ultimate importance of, and quickly learns and follows all food safety rules
• Has a positive “can do” attitude

EstoEtno is looking for an enthusiastic bread baker who is eager to dive into the world of (rye) sourdoughs. A food safety certificate and baking experience is a plus, but not required, and we will happily train the right person!

We are seeking someone who wants to make a long-term commitment and/or who has a career interest in baking bread. The job starts as part-time (initially on Thursdays, 6-8 hours), but additional days and hours will be added as our market reach and product volume continues to increase. Currently we are operating commercial bakery (cottage bakery) out of residential kitchen. This is a 1099 Contract position and wages are based on experience.
