About Chefs Club

Chefs Club is a cohort program with Refugee Women’s Network. It is designed to bring talented chefs from across a global arena together. It’s community-led program able to give talented and accomplished Chefs a platform to present their cuisine and culture and to help them take their next steps in the food industry.

The Chefs will talk about their life experiences, their culture, and take you step-by-step in learning how to make their lovely cuisines. We’re excited to offer this LIVE virtual class.

On Sunday I’ll be making:

– Sandwiches using Estonian Dark Rye: toasts with avocado salad, red kidney bean salad, and oven baked open face sandwiches with herb flavored farmers’ cheese topping (some of you have tried it at the markets!)

– Fresh Summer carrot salad with oranges and dried cranberries

– Simple cucumber salad

– Fruit and berry dessert served with Estonian dark rye breadcrumbs and whipped cream
