Baking Estonian Rye Bread / Garden Chef Demo @ Atlanta Botanical Garden

Dear dark rye bread fans, and everybody curious about the making of it!


I have some very exciting news! I am pleased to announce I will be the Guest Chef of Garden Chef Demo Series on July 29, 2017 at Atlanta Botanical Garden!

Please join me in the Edible Garden Outdoor Kitchen where I will demonstrate baking wheat free fermented (sourdough) rye bread Estonian style and prepare scrumptious one slice wonders with versatile toppings of salads, vegetables, herbs, and other delicious accompaniments.
