Created a very tasty rye bread with her new Scalded Rye Sourdough with Coriander. I received the bread earlier this week and have been enjoying it with a salad for lunch. I slice a piece (or two), lightly toast it, put a bit of butter on it, enjoy it very much. Very yummy! Give it a try.
