As the daughter of WWII immigrants from Latvia (next door to Estonia), I grew up eating dark dense rye bread just like what Tiina makes. As an adult I had been searching for it for years and was so happy to find EstoEtno at the Sandy Springs Farmer’s Market a few years ago. I began buying Tiina’s rye bread and other goodies on a regular basis and always had some rye loaves frozen for the winter non-market months. I moved to MN almost 3 years ago and I now order my bread online from Tiina and keep some on hand all year round. I cut the full loaf in half before I freeze it; it freezes very well and tastes fresh when thawed. Very tasty, healthy, whole grain!!

Tiina’s Estonian Dark 100% Rye Sourdough Bread is wonderful. You buy it when it is just made. The taste is rich and completely, refreshingly different from the breads you can buy at your local supermarket. You can cut it however thick or slim you like, like in the olden days you get the whole loaf. Tiina pours knowledge, care and love into each one. In our family, it disappeared in 2 days! The online purchase process is easy and Tiina always communicates well. I highly recommend you try this bread!
